Many volume detailers offer 'cut and polish' services that promise to restore your paint. However, these services often rely on heavy, abrasive compounds applied quickly with rotary polishers, which can leave behind unsightly holograms and buffer trails. Worse, they often use products containing fillers that temporarily hide the scratches. After a few washes, the fillers wash away, and the scratches return.

True paint correction is a completely different discipline. It involves safely and permanently leveling the clear coat by a microscopic amount. We use advanced dual-action polishers, premium German and Italian pads, and diminishing abrasive compounds. This allows us to surgically remove the defects without compromising the integrity or thickness of your clear coat.

The result is a permanent restoration of gloss and clarity. Because the surface is now perfectly flat, light reflects directly back to the eye rather than being scattered by millions of tiny scratches. This is how we achieve that deep, wet-look finish that turns heads.

No two cars are the same. A vehicle with soft Japanese paint requires a completely different approach than a German car with a rock-hard ceramic clear coat. Before we begin any correction work, we thoroughly inspect the paint under specialized detailing lights to assess the severity of the defects and measure the paint thickness.

Based on this assessment, we determine the necessary level of correction. A Single-Stage enhancement polish is often enough to remove light wash marring and significantly boost gloss on well-maintained vehicles. For older cars or those with heavier swirl marks, oxidation, and light scratches, a Multi-Stage correction is required.

In a Multi-Stage correction, we first use a heavier cutting compound and pad to remove the deeper defects. We then follow up with a refining polish and a soft finishing pad to remove any micro-marring left by the cutting stage, resulting in a flawless, jewel-like finish.

Paint correction is the essential foundation for any premium paint protection. If you apply a ceramic coating over uncorrected paint, you are permanently locking in every swirl mark and scratch. The coating will actually amplify the defects, making them more visible.
